Refund Policy

Because the products offered at glowwithherbal.com are non-tangible digital goods delivered via instant internet download, all sales are final. Once an order is completed and the product download link is sent or the product is accessed, we do not issue refunds.

By purchasing from glowwithherbal.com you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.
• All payments for downloadable or real-time online products and services are non-refundable.
• Any refund request or dispute related to a completed download or accessed product will be rejected.

Download & unzipping issues

If you experience problems downloading or unzipping a purchased product, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase. If we do not receive notice within this period, we may reasonably assume the download was successful and that no refund or remedy is due for a “download issue.”

If you cannot unzip the product or have genuine technical problems, contact us immediately and we will provide alternate delivery (for example, a direct email copy or a fresh download link).
